HOW DO YOU CHOOSE WHICH BRANDS AND PRODUCT TO FEATURE ON THE MARKETPLACE?
We spend a lot of time researching and curating our absolute favorite pieces from brands that we believe embody Alis 1996 values. We are fashion-lovers at heart so we only choose styles that we would want to wear or use. We also created a list of values that we think are important for companies to practice, in order to be considered unique and slow. We are constantly checking that the brands we feature meet our requirements and amend our site accordingly. You can read about our values here.
WHO DO I CONTACT FOR RETURNS OR QUESTIONS REGARDING MY PURCHASE?
You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can contact directly the vendor which you bought the product from. Please read our terms and conditions here to see if you are eligible to have a refund.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Making an order is easy. Click on the item image that you wish to purchase, it will appear the writing ” Add to basket”. Once you choose all the items you want to purchase, click on the cart icon and fill up the form with your personal information, such as name, address, and payment method.
I AM A BRAND, HOW DO I GET FEATURED ON YOUR MARKETPLACE?
Alis 1996 is a marketplace platform connecting our consumers to your company. We create custom editorial content, curated product shops, and events for brands that are dedicated to unique and slow fashion. We take only 5% comissions for each sale made on the platform. WHO WILL SHIP MY ORDER AND HOW DO I TRACK THE SHIPMENT?
All orders will be processed and shipped directly by the Vendors. Please read about shipping times, pre-orders and rates before purchase. Tracking information will also be managed directly by the Vendors.
